BDC Service Representative
Harris Auto Group is actively seeking a full-time BDC Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communicate effectively by telephone, text message and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication), schedule appointments, and achieve daily and monthly goals
Duties Include:
The right candidate will be trustworthy, financially motivated, organized, hardworking, outgoing, and personable.
Previous experience in a dealership environment considered an asset.
Communicate effectively by telephone, text message and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication).
Answer leads promptly and effectively follow up with clients and prospective clients via email and telephone.
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals provided by the fixed operation's manager and BDC manager.
Update the database with customer contact information and information regarding all verbal & written communication with customers.
Study product and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
Communicate with the BDC Manager relative any potential customers issues or problems.
Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC department.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dealership environment considered an asset.
Strong computer skills
Previous experience with PBS software considered an asset
Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Clean personal presentation.
Experience:
Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Telephone Communication: 2 years (Preferred)
