Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced service advisor to join our growing team!

Day to day responsibilities would include:

-Assisting customer with booking an appointment for their vehicle

-Creating, writing, and maintaining service repair order

-Effectively communicating with the customer, and other staff members

-Being a liaison between the technician and the customer

-Selling maintenance and repairs to customers

-Verifying warranty and service contract coverage

-Consistent and thorough follow up process to ensure customer satisfaction

-Perform multi-point walkaround inspections on all incoming vehicles

-Preparing service estimates for repair and maintenance required, and selling to customer

-Dispatching repair orders into repair shop

-Additional duties as outlined by Service Management


-PBS V10 experience would be considered an asset, but not required

-OEM brand Experience would be considered an asset, but not required

-Prior work experience in a similar role for at least 2 years

-Strong and effective customer service and communication skills

-Team spirited and team focused

-Valid class 5 driver’s license

-Ability to work under pressure, and provide results

-Strong computer skills

-Driven to succeed and a self starter with a strong work ethic


-Salary plus commission and other incentives depending on experience

-Starting annual salary $36,000 + commissions/bonuses
