Financial Services Manager - Harris Auto group

Harris Auto Group is looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our growing team!

This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to build a business and has the time and work ethic to do so! The Finance Manager oversees prime and non-prime clients and assists in structuring deals in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies, resulting in a seamless transition, prompt funding for the clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Explain and demonstrate financial options to customers.

· Deal directly with lenders and financial institutes.

· Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.

· Meet and excel set sales goals by selling extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance, and environmental protection packages.

· Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.

· Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.

· Interact with appropriate departments.

· Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership compliance guidelines.

· Book out deals accurately.

· Never misrepresent equipment.

· Perform credit interview, prepare credit application.

· Verify accuracy of all information on the credit application and submit to lender.

· Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

· Sell credit insurance and service contracts.

· Maintain good lender relations.

· Maintain a lender guide of programs currently in use and obtain a working knowledge of them.

· Analyze credit reports, be able to recognize a conventional deal and turn over accordingly.

· Maintain dead files for inactive deals.

· Overcome objections of prospective customers.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

· 3-5 years’ experience in the Automotive business.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance & Insurance.

· Experience in a leadership role

· Excellent understand of sales, finance and management.

· Experience and working relationship with financial institutions.

· Proven record for performance with set goals.

· Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.

· Judgment and Decision-Making Skills ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.

· Identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance.

· Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.

· Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages and commission etc.

· The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.

Service Advisor - Nanaimo Chrysler

We are currently seeking an experienced service advisor to join our growing team!

 

Day to day responsibilities would include:

 

-Assisting customer with booking an appointment for their vehicle

-Creating, writing, and maintaining service repair order

-Effectively communicating with the customer, and other staff members

-Being a liaison between the technician and the customer

-Selling maintenance and repairs to customers

-Verifying warranty and service contract coverage

-Consistent and thorough follow up process to ensure customer satisfaction

-Perform multi-point walkaround inspections on all incoming vehicles

-Preparing service estimates for repair and maintenance required, and selling to customer

-Dispatching repair orders into repair shop

-Additional duties as outlined by Service Management

 

Qualifications:

 

-PBS V10 experience would be considered an asset, but not required

-OEM brand Experience would be considered an asset, but not required

-Prior work experience in a similar role for at least 2 years

-Strong and effective customer service and communication skills

-Team spirited and team focused

-Valid class 5 driver’s license

Harris Auto Group is actively seeking a full-time BDC Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communicate effectively by telephone, text message and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication), schedule appointments, and achieve daily and monthly goals

Duties Include:
The right candidate will be trustworthy, financially motivated, organized, hardworking, outgoing, and personable.
Previous experience in a dealership environment considered an asset.
Communicate effectively by telephone, text message and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication).
Answer leads promptly and effectively follow up with clients and prospective clients via email and telephone.
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals provided by the fixed operation's manager and BDC manager.
Update the database with customer contact information and information regarding all verbal & written communication with customers.
Study product and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
Communicate with the BDC Manager relative any potential customers issues or problems.
Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC department.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Social Media Coordinator - Harris Auto Group

We are looking for a self-driven Social Media Specialist to help grow our organic Social Media traffic for multiple dealerships within our group. An interest or a love of vehicles is definitely a benefit but not a requirement. You will be collaborating with our marketing department along with our dealership departments for unique content to post.

Job Duties

- Oversee Organic Posts

- Posting on multiple platforms, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

- Create content while collaborating with dealerships

- Visiting dealerships to help build their sales teams accounts

- Building and Maintaining a marketing calendar to assist dealerships with post idea’s and when you will be posting
